Trust & Reviews
How we vet partners and the checks you should still make before choosing a mover.
Partner vetting and your decision
We review partner applications and relevant business, identity, insurance or supporting credential evidence before accepting a mover for use. This helps us avoid introducing customers to just anybody, but vetting cannot guarantee that every document remains current or that a particular mover is right for every job.
The responsibility remains with you to carry out your own due diligence. Check the responding company’s current identity, insurance, credentials, written scope, price and terms. You decide which removal company to use, and any booking is made directly with that company.
Ask for current documents
Check the mover’s trading identity and request current goods-in-transit and public-liability insurance details where relevant.
Compare like with like
Confirm whether labour, mileage, waiting, stairs, dismantling, packing materials and VAT are included before comparing prices.
Check limits and exclusions
Insurance is not one universal promise. Read limits, excesses, excluded items and packing requirements for your specific move.
Book only when satisfied
A comparison request is free and non-binding. Keep the final scope, price, date and cancellation terms in writing.
How to use ratings responsibly
Look for recent feedback describing work similar to yours, not only a headline score. Check how the business responds to problems, whether reviews identify the booked company clearly, and whether the quote matches the company that will perform the move.
This site helps pass a request to potential movers; it is not the moving contractor and does not replace your own checks.
