New local guides for Marshalswick, Fleetville & central St Albans

We've added dedicated area pages for Marshalswick and Fleetville, alongside the existing St Albans city centre page. The AL1 postcode is the densest part of St Albans for moves, and the three areas have very different practical constraints — separating them lets us give honest, local detail rather than a generic "St Albans" page.

What's actually different

Marshalswick is a 1950s–1970s suburb where most properties have driveways and loading is usually quick. Fleetville is the opposite — Victorian and Edwardian terraces with no off-street parking and a school run that dictates when a Luton van can realistically pull up. Each new page covers what to expect in that specific area: vehicle sizes, parking suspensions, hallway widths and the typical move profile.

Why this matters for getting a quote

Movers on the MAZE comparison platform price differently depending on access. A 3-bed Victorian terrace on Hatfield Road needs a different plan to a 3-bed semi off Marshals Drive, even though both come up as "AL1 3-bed". The new pages link directly into the right quote flow with the right area pre-selected.
